Terms of Service

1. Who we are
ARKA (earnwitharka.com) is operated by JC Developers (“ARKA”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ARKA you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ARKA.
2. What ARKA is (and isn't)
ARKA is software. It helps you shape what you know into a service, suggests real businesses that may need it, drafts outreach messages, and tracks your progress. ARKA is not an employer, an agency, an investment, or a source of guaranteed income. Whether you earn anything depends on your own effort, your offer, and your market. We never promise earnings, and nobody speaking for ARKA is allowed to.
3. Your account
You need an account to use ARKA. Keep your password safe — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to use ARKA. One person per account.
4. Plans, trials and billing
ARKA has a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro at $10/month and Elite at $20/month — current prices are always shown on the pricing page). Paid plans may start with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method: you won’t be charged during the trial, and the first charge happens automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Account → Billing — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments are processed by our payment provider; your card details never touch ARKA’s servers. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — the short version: cancel during the trial and you pay nothing, a forgotten trial charge is refundable within 7 days, and billing errors are always refunded in full.
5. Fair use
Use ARKA for legitimate work only. You may not use it: for anything illegal, adult, or intended to harm people; to spam or bulk-message businesses (send outreach personally, one at a time); to scrape, resell or redistribute the data ARKA shows you; or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Business information ARKA shows you
Business details (names, ratings, contact info, website checks) come live from third-party sources such as Google. We show them in good faith but can’t guarantee they’re complete or current. What you do with a contact is your responsibility — be respectful, follow local rules about contacting businesses, and honour “stop contacting me” requests immediately.
7. Your content and data
What you type into ARKA stays yours. You give us permission to process it to run the service (that’s what the Privacy Policy covers). We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics (like “how many users reached their first customer”) to improve ARKA.
8. Service changes and availability
We improve ARKA constantly, and features can change or be retired. We aim for reliable service but don’t promise uninterrupted availability. If we ever discontinue paid features you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused portion.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: ARKA is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or decisions you make based on information ARKA shows you.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use ARKA after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JC Developers is registered, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived. Questions: support@earnwitharka.com.
