Privacy Policy

1. The short version
We collect what we need to run ARKA for you, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@earnwitharka.com. ARKA is operated by JC Developers.
2. What we collect
Account: your email and a securely hashed password. Profile: the answers you give during onboarding — your name, country, what you do, your goals. Your work in ARKA: your customer pipeline (which businesses you saved or contacted, their stage, and revenue you chose to log), and messages you send to support. Usage: basic activity like how many searches you run (used for plan limits) and a signup conversion signal for our ads. We do not collect your card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
3. How we use it
To run the product: building your plan, finding matching businesses, drafting your outreach, tracking your pipeline, sending account emails (welcome, password reset, support replies), enforcing plan limits, and keeping ARKA safe. We also look at anonymous, aggregated numbers (like overall activation rates) to improve the product. We never sell your personal data, and we don’t send marketing spam.
4. The services that help us run ARKA
Like almost every modern app, ARKA runs on trusted providers, each receiving only what it needs:
• Supabase — our database and sign-in (stores your account, profile and pipeline).
• Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that reads your answers to build your plan and check leads.
• Google — business search (Places) and website quality checks (PageSpeed); we store only business IDs, not Google’s business data.
• Serper — a web search that verifies a business’s online presence (business names only, never your personal data).
• Resend — sends our emails to you.
• Our payment provider — processes subscriptions; they hold your card details, we don’t.
• Vercel — hosts the app.
• Google Ads — a standard conversion tag tells us when an ad led to a signup.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and the Google Ads tag uses its standard cookies for measuring ad conversions. No advertising trackers beyond that.
6. Where your data lives and how long
Your data is stored in our database (hosted in the EU by Supabase) and kept while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
7. Your rights
You can ask us anytime to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email support@earnwitharka.com and we’ll handle it — no forms, no run-around. If your country’s data-protection law (for example Ghana’s Data Protection Act or South Africa’s POPIA) gives you additional rights, those apply too.
8. Children
ARKA is for adults (18+). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
